Hi my name is Dan Rudders, and I’m a property developer with a keen eye on the UK property is based here in the UK, just outside our capital, London.

I’m a father and husband to 3 fantastic girls, to being my daughters and one being my wife, who I love to bits.

I just recently started this blog to share my interests, knowledge and frustrations of the UK property market.
